Bill is an animal nutritionist with a lifetime of experience in Pet and Performance animal nutrition. Bill’s passion for quality food has led to the understanding and development of nutritional strategies that meet the functional nutritional requirements of animals and their genetic and nutritional needs.
Combining the science of functional nutrition with the science of nutrient ramping has resulted in food that enhances the lives, performance, and well-being of dogs and cats. As a pioneer in this field, he has travelled widely, both within Australia and internationally, to speak and advise on the ethical feeding of dogs and other species.
Since 1986, Bill has been instrumental in designing and manufacturing diets for domestic dogs and cats. In recent years, he has focused on applying these techniques to develop a range of superior pet food formulations. These formulations are not only designed to enhance the quality of life and health of our companion animals but have also been proven effective through extensive testing and research. Over 100,000 pet owners now feed their pets daily with the ultra-premium food he produces, and this work has led to the global release of the Performadog and iPurr range of food products. These products are carefully designed to not only satisfy the fussiest pet but also to address common problems afflicting domestic pets, promoting their ethical nutritional treatment, regardless of their breed, sex or age.
