As stores join our supply chain regularly, we will endeavour to update our store locations; In the meantime, you are most welcome to order via our online service and our food will be delivered to your door. All food is shipped out within 24 hrs.
Alternatively, if you are a store selling Performadog and iPurr Ultra Premium pet Food and you are not listed here or are wishing to become a seller, please let us know as we will add you to our National list.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Please ensure that all additional instructions are made on your order.
Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post or our courier service, which includes a tracking service complete with tracking notifications.
For most addresses, the tracking service includes:
Sent to you by email when the parcel is first received into the online delivery system.
Sent to you by email or SMS the day before your package is expected to arrive.
Sent to you by SMS on the morning of the day of delivery and is your last chance to nominate a Safe Drop location provided, in the judgement of the postman, the location is not exposed to weather or passers-by. Should the Safe Drop location be deemed unsuitable, your parcel will be carded for a Post Office collection. Please note this facility is only available for street addressed deliveries.
Sent to you by email or SMS once your parcel is ready to be picked up if your delivery has been carded for collection from your local Post Office.
Sent to you by email once your parcel has been delivered to your address.
You should expect to receive your delivery within 5 -7 business days, or 7-10 business days if you live in remote locations.
Our auto-ship program allows you to never run out of your pet’s food again! Performadog & iPurr can be scheduled to be delivered to your home on the intervals that you choose. We offer regular deliveries starting from one week up to 8 weeks increments.
To set up an auto-ship program, select the size pet food and then choose the frequency of delivery from the drop-down menu:
Then, click the “Order” button, and you’re all set!
The first order will be processed immediately, and then three days before your second order is scheduled to ship out we’ll send you an email confirming your order. The day of each interval, we’ll automatically bill the credit card we have on file and ship your order that day.
In the event you want to add or delete something from your order or cancel it all together, you can reply to the email at sales @performadog.com.au. We want this to be as flexible as possible while offering you the convenience of never having to worry about running out of food for your pet.
You can stop, pause, add or delete items from your order up to 3 days out from the shipping date. And we’ll send you a reminder email about your auto-ship three (3) days before each shipment. If we don’t hear from you after submitting your reminder email, your shipment will automatically go out three (3) days later (or the next available non-holiday weekday), and your credit card on file will be billed the regular amount.
When you order Performadog or iPurr products, please set your spam blockers to allow email messages from firstname.lastname@example.org.
