Sweet Lupin

We only use sweet lupins, which are white or speckled with brown. They are a good source of fibre and an excellent source of protein. Sweet lupins also contain a moderate amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA’s) including omega 6 fatty acids, which are the precursor for the production of arachidonic acid in the body. Arachidonic acid plays a significant role in combating inflammation within the body.
