Payments

Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Payments may be declined if the incorrect entry of your credit card number or the expiry date. It is also essential to check the security code (the three digits on the back of the card) to ensure they have been correctly entered. If your card still doesn’t work, please contact your card issuer. You are most welcome to call our sales manager and conduct the purchase over the phone.

All prices displayed include GST.

All credit card payments are safe as this website uses an encrypted connection, and the best global security standard fully protects the payment process.

Orders and Shipping

Our performance standard is to ship your order within 24 hours of processing. It will usually take 2 to 3 working days to reach you unless you live in a remote area whereby it would be best to allow 5 to 7 working days.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email advising the tracking number and transit details. Just log into the system and follow the prompts.

You most certainly may specify a PO Box address in which case your delivery will be carded for collection on arrival. Throughout the delivery period, you will be able to track your food.

Shipping of Orders

Your order will be sent through Australia Post service or our courier services in a pre-packed box.

We can only ship our dog and cat food to Australian addresses. However, should you wish to discuss distributorship of our Ultra Premium Dog and Cat Food please contact us directly. sales@performadog.com.au

Order can be left at your door if you are not home, or if you have nominated a safe drop off location.

If you haven’t specified a safe drop off location with authority to leave, Australia Post or our courier will leave a card advising your food has arrived and details of the local Post Office from where you can collect your delivery.

Returns

To return a product to use, please post the food to Performadog Premium Foods, PO Box 372, Whittlesea. VIC. 3757.

Returns Policy

Performadog and iPurr offers a full palatability guarantee on every bag of food sold. If for some strange reason your dog doesn’t like the food, return the uneaten portion in the original bag (provided it is at least 80% full) together with a copy of your original invoice, and we will refund your purchase price in full.

Warranty

All our food products are guaranteed to be packed and presented in first class condition. Furthermore, all food comes with a 100% palatability guarantee whereby we will refund your payment in full or exchange the product.
